Vintage Danish 1960s Bookcase Cabinet Darkwood Sliding Mid Century Retro EB11992A vintage 1960s Danish darkwood bookcase with a sliding door cabinet. A fun mid century piece with lovely inset handles on the sliding doors and a great grain pattern all over on the veneer. The bottom is split into two halves with the left side having two adjustable shelves, and the right hand side being an open storage space. This has a lovely retro design and sits on turned wooden legs.
Elm and beech under the paint
in blue/black leather with classic Mid Century Modern straight top line with slightly out sweeping arms
It has a curved cut out on the back edge (19cm high) allowing it to sit over most skirting boards
glazed shelving 19 cm
On the back there is a rope to hang it up and a nice visible old pine structure

Underneath the top surface the edge curves inwards gradually
slight sag to fabric
