Bayo BeansHeirloom beans from Tlaxcala, Mexico. Similar to pinto beans. Cook in a pot with fresh epazote or avocado leaves for extra flavor, it also makes great refried beans. 2lbs per bag. Each bag is vacuum sealed. Taste profile: sweet, earthy, creamy texture. Color: Brown pink. Once cooked they change to a tan.
