Lightweight, but not fragile. Dust from calcification. Lovely hand faceted cornerless cube beads in shell. So cool! Ancient beads, would have been used for both adornment and currency. Strand of 10 beads. Measure 6 8mm hole to hole, 9 12mm diameter. Weight (all 10 beads) 13. 15 grams. Antique and Vintage Item 498s
