This is their serious Cotes du Rhone from the South which involves Grenache and Syrah. Dark fruits of plum and blackberries, spice and cedar. Great fruit density with ripe and well integrated tannins. A very well made CDR. Super value!

In 2005 Jean-Baptiste built a new winery - The wines are aged in barrels (30% new oak) for 12 months and then assembled in tank for a period of 3 to 6 months to keep maximum freshness

The estate is situated in the Elham Valley

No irrigation is used on the vineyards and very little crop control is needed due to the age of the vines naturally restricting yield
