European Nautical Piling Light

European Nautical Piling LightThis is a heavy duty European bronze piling light that uses a 360 degree glass Fresnel lens. It measures 11" tall, 6. 5" wide and weighs a healthy14. 8 lbs. Electrical wiring comes in the bottom center of the light. The cage unscrews for easy access to change the bulb. When lit up this is a stunning light. This light works great on dock pilings, drive way entrance or as a show piece in your home.

The wood case is in good condition with some veneer chipping on the lid as shown in the pictures

The number of times the spinner turned in the water would register on the meter as miles traveled

& is between 9 and 10 inches wide including the netting

It is made of copper and brass construction with two glass fresnel lenses

This float shows a fair amount of wear as seen in the photos

Some of the floats are in like new condition and others have been restrung and the glass shows wear

This is a glass fishing float in red glass that weighs 7 to 8lbs & is 12" wide not counting the rope webbing

The color of the float is dependent on the color of the glass bottles the were ground up to make the float

It was hand blown into a two piece mold & has a glass plug sealed in the bottom of the float
