The story is that while working at the Larrivee factory, brothers Greg & Chris Williams linked up with Mark Vantaa and Rob Bustos, and they came up with an idea to make guitars from a legendary tree on Haida Gwaii, known as the Golden Spruce. The agreement to harvest from this tree didn't last long, and there were less than 70 guitars ever made. Each guitar has unique inlays based on a native animal of the

Everything else is original
This guitar also features a scrimshaw neck heel cap (not available on any Froggy Bottoms post 2003)
It has been professionally maintained including some caps
The finish has been removed from the fretboard and back of the neck and the frets were plek'd by Glaser

although some of the wear definitely looks genuine
There is a little bit of fret buzz on the higher frets
but at the moment I am working on getting it new hinges
