The wine is aging for 24 months in
fresh and light citrus at the beginning
The wine is well balanced across all components on the palate
there's a chewiness that you find in a lot of the St-Julien's but it's soft
black plums and vanilla
although the sanitary condition would have allowed 'go further
and the alcohol vapours are passed through a mesh/basket containing the ten botanicals
