Creature Comfort SeatWe think this is the most comfortable aftermarket kayak seat anywhere. We first installed these in CLC boats in 1994 and it's been a bestseller ever since. The seat is built around a molded closed cell foam "tractor seat" shape, a little wider and longer than usual for maximum support. The foam seat is sheathed in a nylon mesh, stretched taut around the seat so that the paddler is in essence suspended in the breathable mesh, with no hard points
