Vintage Danish Lounge Chair Beige Gold Upholstery Carved Frame 1930s EB7779 VCARA vintage Danish lounge chair. Sumptuous gold Moquette seating, contrasting velour surround. Carved beechwood surround. Shell back design. Mixing 19th century grandeur with Deco shape, this chair is in remarkable condition for it's age.
This is a great mid century modern piece with a beautifully crafted solid teak frame and magazine rack with exposed joints

There are some light scratches on the sides and a couple of scratches on the top surface
There's damage and wear to the hand area fabric
A very simple retro design with a lovely grain pattern on the side and top teak veneer
a slice of short lived Scandinavian style at a slither of the equivalent new price
The rest of the piece is fairly clean with just a few minor marks and the unit is structurally sound
Some scuffs around the edges but not too bad
CONDITION: The chair is in useable condition
The round top has been carefully refinished
