Bright Gold Granulated Gilded Silver Beaded 15 Inch Necklace - Rita Okrent Collection (C478b)A lovely vintage wedding necklace from Mauritania. Can be worn as is. Closure is functional. Fabulous and elegant beads. Handmade by Mauritanian silversmiths as seen in the reference text "Les perles de Mauritanie". Circa late 1900's. 58 vintage small and 5 large gilded silver granulated beads. 14 inches of beads. Small beads measure approximately 5 6mm, larger beads 14mm +. Some gold wash loss on one of the large beads and on one of the small beads.
