Elk Cove Pinot Noir Rose 2023 750ml2023 Pinot Noir Ros Dusty rose in color, the nose features lime peel and pink grapefruit beside hints of dried mango and white flowers. The palate is both juicy and robust with flavors of strawberry, peach hard candy and lime meeting a pithy finish of pink grapefruit, sarsaparilla and rose petal.

This is followed by 18 months to 2 years maturation in oak afterwhich the wine is fined but not filtered
