Back & Sides Laminate Rosewood Neck Mahogany Fretboard Bridge Rosewood Action (Low E, 12th Fret) Approx 2. 5mm. Accessories None Very good vintage condition with some dings and wear as pictured, frets play well, the neck is straight with a functional truss. Previous owner installed an output jack but there is no pickup. Not sure why but you can swap it for a strap buttons if you need.

It's now loaded with an unbranded cloth-wire pickup (seems to be high quality) and full sized pots along with an orange drop tone capacitor

and the Custom EX continues that tradition with a lightning-fast SpeedTaper mahogany neck that caters for fat riffs and fruity solos

never installed in a guitar or even taken out of the box as it still has the factory seal

This one came to us with a separation in the scarf joint along with some stress cracks around the tuners

They seem to share many specs and similarities with Greco acoustics from the mid 1970's

this one had a neck repair around the headstock at some stage as pictured but is now rock solid with no structural concerns

The neck stamps all match and are genuine for a Fender Japan built from the 1990's but there's no way for us to provide an exact date
