With the lid slightly elevated (lid lifting cables can be used to elevate the lid slightly) and through use of an inline fan and steam tolerant ducting, steam vapor from the boil can be drawn away and directed outside the building or into a condenser. How do I keep it from clogging

The 'Auto' setting is for use with an optional 'Water Level Sensor' that can be purchased here which will automatically turn the pump on or off if the sensor tips are in or out of water (control adjustment can be made to the controller to stop the pump when either in or out of water)
