1989 Aria Pro II Japan SB-ELT Elite Series Neckthrough Bass (See Through Red)The Aria Pro II SB ELT was a Japanese made bass that was one of the few SB models continuing the neckthrough legacy after the closure of the Matsumoku factory. Favoured by bass legends including Cliff Burton, Jack Bruce and John Taylor, the SB ELT features a Sen ash body, a smooth maple walnut transmit neck (and heel less cutaway) and a rosewood 24 fret fingerboard (42mm brass nut with a reasonably slim neck profile, 34" scale length), this one weighs

We snatched this up on a recent trip to Japan as it was too interesting to leave behind
