Davenport Low Mass SetThe Davenport fabric, exclusive to Watts & Co, was re woven to celebrate the centenary of G. F. Bodley. It is combined here with Y orphreys in Watts narrow Red Gothic Trellis braid to produce a beautifully authentic Gothic Revival style vestment, cut to an ample shape. The main fabric is our 'St John' damask

Orphreys have symbols of the evangelists and the hood design incorporating maize cob and a hand of bananas

The back of the chasuble features a Christ in Sunburst design embroidered at the centre point of the orphreys

and an embroidered white 'Bodley' cross

Roman style damask exhibits full florals blooming across the fabric

featuring 3 gold appliqué crosses couched down in Japanese Gold Thread
