Linen Couche - 18'' x 1 yardCouche is a thick linen cloth used to help bread dough keep its shape while it is rising. Never wash, just brush and let dry. (If more than 1 yard is purchased, it will not be pre cut into 1 yard pieces, it will arrive to you as a whole.) PLEASE NOTE: Our couche are cut from large rolls. There are 2 finished hems and 2 unfinished hems where they are cut so some fraying will occur. This is normal and the weave pattern of the couche is sturdy.
