Bogdan Model 2 Fly Reel - LHWFor sale here is a near mint condition Bogdan Model 2 Salmon fly reel in left hand wind. There is some slight tarnish on the nickel silver counterbalance from age alone and handling, definitely not scratches from use. This is all that prevents the reel from being in mint condition. It comes with the original suede case. Reel appears to have never been mounted on a rod since I cannot find any marks to the reel foot. The drag is still extremely strong

These are EXTREMELY hard to find in very fine and original condition

The reel is in near mint condition with only the slightest of edge wear preventing it from being considered mint (see last photo)

Needs servicing inside - gear teeth don’t engage the pawl properly

Agate line guide is flawless - no cracks
