This one is in excellent++ condition and all original. Zwarg reels were first made in Brooklyn, before moving to St. Petersburg, FL where the bulk of his reels were made. As head of reel making for vom Hofe, Zwarg worked with the world class fisherman who followed him when he was granted the right to make the vom Hofe style
The end cap has a light engraved brass plaque attached
Medium cigar grip and nice all cork grip
A scarce book due to the publisher's small print run
the rubber net bag is in fine condition
Medium progressive action and plenty of reserve power with a strong butt section
The rod includes its original bag and tube with label intact
and has only been lawn cast at the CFFCM's recent rodmakers' gathering
