Huge early 20th century Bokhara carpetThis is an exceptional very large 20th century Bokhara carpet with bold claret red background and brown with white elephant foot details. Overall condition is very good with no major issues. The colour is even throughout as well making this a real statement in a room. The size is the largest I have had and really is a high quality carpet. 418cm by 315cm approx

The base is nicely detailed with cone shaped legs which are very elegant

There is a solid mahogany border around the base so when this is upholstered it will be a very classy well made piece of furniture

The scroll back shape is a real classic and gives this chair a great decorative charm as well as being very comfy

The quality is very high and the design is classic that I believe will work well in a great number of interiors

The top from certain sides is slightly out of centre but this looks to be the way it's always been

The size of the piece makes it practical as well aa decorative with its shelved interior

in a sustainable blanket

Amazing colour not done justice in the photos and the contrast to the mahogany is fabulous

The chairs are lacking seat cushions but we can create these for you at an extra cost
