Thompson No. 100 Fly Reel - San FranciscoFor sale here is a Thompson No. 100 fly reel made in California in the late 1940's. Reel's diameter is 3 3 8" but the spool width is more narrow than the Model 500. Similar in style and performance to the classic Hardy Perfect. The reel is in excellent ++ condition throughout. Minor cosmetic marks only, no chips, cracks or corrosion. Circular line guard and full length, un filed smooth brass reel foot. The No. 100 was built to handle 5 6 weight lines.

The rod is in near mint condition showing very minor casting cracks in the ferrule wraps
