Payne Model 102 Bamboo Rod 8' 2/2 #5For sale here is a Payne Model 102 bamboo rod in excellent original condition. The rod weighs 4 1 8 oz with uplocking reel seat over a Spanish cedar spacer. 8' 2 2 for a 5 weight line. The reel seat bears the Payne trademark stamp. The Model 102 is a scarce one with a light dry fly action. All sections are full length and the two tips have casting sets (which I can have removed). The grip is slightly ridged as well.
