1981 滋賀県に生まれる。2004 大阪芸術大学工芸学科テキスタイルデザインコース卒業。大学時代にシルクスクリーンプリントと出会う。2004 滋賀県近江八幡市に染色の作業場(工房)兼ショップ「アトリエasa」を立ち上げる。お客様に直接触れ合える環境の中で、商品を制作・販売をする。2009 自宅と工房を一緒にしたく、岡山市足守へ移転。
備前焼の故郷、岡山県備前市で吹きガラス工房を主催するガラス工芸作家。暮らしの中の様々なシーンで「器を選び、使う生活」がたくさんの家庭で生まれることを目標に、他器と調和し、主役となるお料理やお花などを引き立たせることのできる器を提案。
