We've seen the distillery's growth over the years, being in their proverbial backyard (we are both based in Brooklyn) and being one of their early customers. Because of the special relationship we were able to forge, we sometimes get to pick barrels "off schedule". This was one such barrel, but we could not be happier with how it turned out. Getting up there in age now, this is a 7. 5 year old selection
