Plum, blackberry, raisin and fruit cake notes stretch out on the palate, yet this is a bit blunt in the end. Best from 2025 through 2037. 280 cases made, 150 cases imported. This should drink well after 5 years or so yet reward up to 10
earth and wood but it does reduce their expressiveness
(from 5 different vineyards)
It will be seven or eight years until it truly starts to blossom
Deep and rich with some liqueur elements
a multidimensional core and a searingly chalky and laser-focused finish
but it is concentrated and successful for a right bank 2002
