40’s Black Straw Full Veil Hat with Lace Trim by New York Creation 22This style sits atop the head so its really one size fits all; additionally the straw of the cap is flexible. Hat measures 9 in diameter side to side, 8 in diameter front to back and height of crown is 3. The cap is trimmed with two half moon shaped straw pieces trimmed with rows of lace. I think if you steam them they will stand out more from the hat. Fabric is genuine straw with cotton lace and rayon or nylon veiling. Label reads New York Creation
