Functional buttons down the bodice. The extra fabric that the previous owner cut off the skirt was made in to a sash belt. No label. Polycotton fabric, no stretch. Condition Very good vintage condition. The previous owner made it a mini and the hem stitching is a bit sloppy and the elastic waist no longer works.
