Edwardian Black Silk Straw and Chiffon Ruffled HatHat measures 13. 5" in diameter, brim is 4" wide and height of crown is 4". Inner diameter of the crown is small as I think you can see in photos, but it sits up on the head and was meant to be pinned with a hatpin to a topknot hair style so it really is one size fits all. Fabrics are silk chiffon and intricately woven straw over a wire base; center section is filled with fabric flowers. No label. Excellent condition with no damage. True color is
