Serbin Spirograph Shirtdress XS/SPristine. Crisp tailored shirtwaist dress in an amazing spirograph style print on dark olive green cotton. The construction is top notch, with tight pleating around the nipped in waist, cuffable short sleeves, matching belt and double layer placket. Plus, the original "urban or suburban always wear a Serbin" tags are still attached! From label Serbin "Shirtwaister", designed by Muriel Ryan, circa early 1960s.
