Square neck with adjustable straps (can be undone to make a halter tie as well), button up and snap front, attached belt, 2 x side pockets, full midi skirt. Vintage 9 10, would best fit a modern S (26" waist). Strong colors and crisp fabric. There is a tiny pull to the side of the bodice, a lite mark at the front of the skirt that did not lift with wash and I do believe that the back buttons
This looks so cute with ditsy floral skirts or over sundresses
There are two super minor tiny marks- one to the lace pussybow and one to the back of the bodice
