This expression is aged for approximately 12 years in a single Bardstown rickhouse, allowing for consistent maturation conditions and deep oak integration.
The whiskey is crafted from a high-rye mashbill, contributing to its spice-forward structure, and is bottled at barrel proof (~51.5% ABV / 103 proof) without dilution, preserving full intensity and texture.
Rather than a single barrel, this is a meticulously blended selection of top-performing barrels, chosen to create a unified but powerful profile.
