Mortlach 2013, Single Malt, SpeysideAnother meaty Mortlach, this one was bottled courtesy of Signatory. It was distilled in April 2007 and left to mature in a pair of hogsheads for 13 years. When Feburary 2020 came around, it was bottled at 46% ABV for the Un Chillfiltered Collection by Signatory. Buttered rye bread, rich mocha and almond croissant finishing with cooked apple and oily malt, with lingering spiced chocolate.
