Lot 012 - Antique Waterbury Clock Co. Gold-Painted Spelter Mantel Clock With Hand-Painted Dial And Cupid Scene Panel, Circa 1890s Working Condition, 11" HAntique mantel clock in an ornate cast spelter case with bronze finish, raised on four curved legs with scrolling rococo style flourishes, fish scale textured sides, and a pointed crest at top. The circular dial is hand painted with a gilt center and a border of leaf and petal motifs, while a separate painted panel below depicts two winged cupids. The finish shows a warm bronze tone on raised areas with dusty yellow coloration in recessed details.
