Chateau Cailloux de By 2022, MedocThis great Medoc property is now run by two of the late Marc Pagss grandsons, Frdric Le Clerc (ex Ecole Polytechnique) and Benjamin Richer de Forges. The Chteau Cailloux de By is their entry level wine and is a blend of 50% Merlot, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon from 35 year old vines. Cassis, black cherry, balanced with cedar wood and subtle oak spice. Soft, dense and round on the palate with good freshness. Pound for pound, one of the best everyday
